1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Account" means the unique user account created by registering on the awa303 platform, secured by username and password credentials provided by the User.

• "Withdrawal" means the process by which a User requests transfer of funds from their awa303 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, or any promotional value provided by awa303 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any services offered by awa303, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and not proceed with account registration.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and awa303. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that particular promotion only.

3. Eligibility Requirements

• Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account with awa303. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts or multi-accounting) are strictly forbidden. This includes accounts registered under different names but controlled by the same individual, accounts using the same payment methods, or accounts accessed from the same device or IP address. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of all bets placed.
• Lawful Use: You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders. You must not use awa303 services for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud, or financing illegal activities.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You must select a unique username and strong password. Your username must not be offensive, impersonate another person or entity, or violate any third-party rights. Your password must be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Upon registration and before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting clear, legible copies of the following documents:

1. Government-Issued Photo Identification: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driver's License showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
2. Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address matching your registration details.

Failure to complete verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify awa303 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. awa303 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account, except where such unauthorized use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

awa303 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender minus processing fees.

Deposits are typically credited to your awa303 account balance instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment method. awa303 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. All deposit amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may not deposit more than you can afford to lose, and you must ensure all deposited funds are obtained legally.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• There is no minimum withdrawal amount for verified accounts.
• awa303 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000, we reserve the right to split the withdrawal into multiple transactions for security purposes.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA and BRI bank transfers typically complete within 10-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB); BNI and Mandiri transfers within 15-20 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) within 5-10 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours to process.

awa303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or where suspicious activity is detected. We may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

awa303 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly displayed when the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 15,000,000 in wagers before withdrawal restrictions are lifted.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, table games 20%, and live casino games 10%. Check specific bonus terms for exact contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While an active bonus is in effect, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per spin or hand). Exceeding the maximum bet will void the bonus and all winnings derived from it.
• Expiration: All bonuses have validity periods (typically 7-30 days from activation). Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiration.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on awa303 are governed by the specific rules of each game type, which are available on the platform. General betting rules include:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by awa303. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Settlement Disputes: All bet settlements are final once confirmed. However, if you believe a settlement is incorrect, you must contact customer support within 24 hours of the settlement. Disputes raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to defraud awa303 or other players.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or any form of advantage play that exploits platform vulnerabilities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using awa303 for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of awa303 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing awa303 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action. awa303 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected criminal activity.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

awa303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

awa303's total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits (total deposits minus total withdrawals) over the 12-month period preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory underlying the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of awa303 services shall be resolved through the following process:

12. Amendments to Terms

awa303 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account and through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of awa303 services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance, subject to completion of any active wagering requirements.
